New Iceland Gallery is Live!

I just published the gallery from my September 2022 Iceland trip. Click here to see my images.

I was originally scheduled to go on a midnight sun camping trip in July 2020 which unfortunately, was cancelled due to the pandemic. While this southern coast trip visited locations that I already visited back in 2016, they were some of the more epic locations that were well worth revisiting. Our group was able to get to those locations this time with much better light and conditions. The majority of the locations I saw, in particular the Icelandic Highlands, were new locations so the trip did not disappoint. It did not feel like I was “on repeat”, seeing the same spots over again. To top it off, our group was lucky enough to experience a strong Aurora Borealis on each of the first two nights of the trip. This trip blew my 2016 trip out of the water and was a great first international trip following the pandemic lockdowns.

Make sure to check out my short timelapse video of the Aurora Borealis as well.
